Distil Tastings
Offering industry insight and specialist guidance as well as
blind tastings, Distil Tastings focuses on the product behind the
label, rather than being influenced by brand recognition. Working
in partnership with Taste and Flavour, the leading network of
industry speakers, we really have assembled a stellar line up of
industry experts throughout the three days.
The IPB Cocktail Theatre
Back by popular demand, we've teamed up with our old friends IP
Bartenders, who have put together a cracking schedule focusing on
everything that's great and good in the cocktail world. We've also
invited other leading lights from the World Flair Association and
the International Wine & Spirits Competition to ensure that
this is one feature not to be missed!
Drinks International Cocktail Challenge Final
On Thursday 20th May the Cocktail Theatre plays host to the
Drinks International Cocktail Challenge. This year the focus is on
the best original Apéritif recipes and falls into three categories
- white spirits, brown spirits and liqueurs & specialities -
and judges will be asked to mark on presentation, aroma and
taste.
Not only is there a trophy up for grabs in each of the three
categories but judges will decide on the overall Cocktail Challenge
Champion, so come and lend your support on the final day of
Distil.
